I'm a 24-year-old Navy veteran and former Corpsman, now walking a path deeply rooted in nurturing and supporting families. As a certified lactation counselor, and early childhood nutritional aid, my heart is fully in the work of holding space for others—through beginnings, healing, and everything in between.

I'm also a proud mother of four: two beautiful angel babies who forever shape my heart, and two earthside little ones who light up my days. My journey into motherhood, loss, and renewal is what led me to this calling. I serve families across North Carolina with compassion, evidence-based care, and deep respect for each unique story.
